Impro

Shotgun Impro

Ben first whet his impro appetite with the London based group - Roulya Boulya, staying with them for 6 years until busy lives led the group in different directions.

As a founder member of breakout group Impro Monkeys, they were excited to find themselves performing regularly at the famous Backyard Comedy Club in Bethnal Green.  General comedic nonsense ensued for the duration of their residency and much fun was had by all.

Ben found himself at a loose end and dreaming of comedy shenanigans...so (together with his best friend Nick - also an impro nut) Ben co-founded Shotgun Impro  filled with all of his favourite funny people.  They had a residency at London Zoo for 3 years, performing at the famous 'Zoo Lates' evenings, and were thrilled to be invited to perform at the iconic Isle of Wight Festival for 2 consecutive years - amongst their other gigs.

During the 2020 pandemic and lockdown, Ben was invited to appear twice as a guest on Armageddon News, produced by Sprout Ideas.
